ALL TYPES OF APPOINTMENTS

• Illnesses - For everyone's health and safety,  we kindly ask that you stay home if you're not feeling well, have any symptoms at all or have been in contact with the COVID-19 coronavirus. The same is true if you're coming down with any other illness. Please cancel your appointment online or call us to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
  

LASER HAIR REMOVAL

• Wait 4 weeks after any Covid vaccine - Otherwise you may experience side effects, even though your vaccine's effectiveness won't be affected. For your health and wellbeing, please wait 4 weeks after either of your vaccine doses before having a laser treatment.  

• Shave - Before you come to your appointment, you must shave all body parts you are going to have treated, except for your face. If you have not shaved, we will not be able to treat you. DO NOT wax or tweeze.
  

• Check whether medications you take or have taken in the past month can cause photosensitivity.  If you are not sure about your medications, please check with your doctor or pharmacist before your appointment.
  

• Anti-perspirant - Avoid applying anti-perspirant before coming to a treatment for underarm hair. Deodorant is fine, but anti-perspirant will interfere with the effectiveness of the laser treatment.
  

• If you are pregnant, we are sorry to advise that we cannot proceed with any treatments. 
  

• At least 4 weeks before your appointment, please discontinue use of herbal supplements and St. John's Wort.

• At least 4 weeks before and after your appointment, please discontinue using tanning beds, being in the sun and applying self-tanning products.

• For best results, we encourage you to avoid the following hair removal techniques for 3.5 weeks before your appointment: waxing, tweezing, plucking, threading and electrolysis.

• A few days before and even during menstruation, it is possible to experience lower pain tolerance.  We recommend you schedule appointments outside of this phase of your cycle.

• Payment - Taxes and gratuities are separate, and 15% gratuities will be added to all services. We accept cash or debit.
  

• Consultation - If you require a consultation, it will occur on your first visit along with your first treatment. Please arrive shaved and ready for a treatment.
  

PHOTO FACIAL AND RF FACIAL

• Recommendation - Please arrive without makeup, face cream, sunscreen, etc. Clean face please. 
  

• Payment - Taxes and gratuities are separate, and 15% gratuities will be added to all services. We accept cash or debit.
  

BODY SCULPTING CAVITATION

• Recommendation - Must drink 1 to 1.5 litres of water before treatment, and another 1 to 1.5 litres after treatment. Your technician will provide you with all of the post-treatment instructions at the time of your appointment.

TEETH WHITENING

• Recommendation - Before having a teeth whitening treatment, we encourage you to see your dentist.

MICROBLADING, POWDER AND OTHER EYEBROW SERVICES

• Our technician will have a video call consultation with you before your appointment is confirmed.
